We provide mobile and in-shop automotive glass repair and replacement, including windshield repair and replacement and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration, in Nassau and Suffolk County, New York. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing may vary based on your vehicle, glass type, parts availability, location, and insurance.
Quotes are estimates and may change after we inspect your vehicle or confirm parts and insurance details. Payment is due as agreed at or after the time of service, by the methods we accept. If you use insurance, you remain responsible for any deductible and for amounts your insurer does not cover. Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
As a convenience, we may help coordinate your auto glass claim with your insurance carrier. You are responsible for the accuracy of the insurance information you provide and for any obligations under your policy, including your deductible. We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or covered.
You agree to provide accurate information, to make your vehicle reasonably accessible for mobile service, and to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or data. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We stand behind our workmanship and will honor any written warranty we provide with your service. Except for any express written warranty, our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ADAS recalibration is performed to manufacturer or equipment specifications using the information and equipment available; proper system function also depends on factors outside our control, including your vehicle's condition and manufacturer requirements. Glass and related parts may carry separate manufacturer warranties.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated transactional text (SMS/MMS) and RCS messages from On The Spot Auto Glass, including appointment confirmations and reminders, en-route and arrival alerts, job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and requests for damage photos. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity (for example, appointment confirmations, reminders, en-route/arrival alerts, status updates, and receipts); you may receive multiple messages per scheduled service. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
To opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you one final confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS/RCS messages from us unless you opt in again. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, and CANCEL are all supported.
